The Cubs led by seven points heading into the fourth quarter, but free-throw problems aided No. 2 Twin Rivers' rally. Dominitrix Johnson led Bell City with 37 points. Jeff Liggens added 10 for Bell City.

In the other semifinal, Scott City outscored Scott County Central by 12 in the fourth to win 82-67. Jeremy Schlosser led the Rams with 22 points. Avis White led Scott County Central with 16.

Kelly routed the Oran JV to advance to the consolation final. Chris Romas led Kelly with 16.
