BERNIE — The Bernie Wood Bat Classic will take place Friday and Saturday, Sept. 8-9, at the high school.
The home team will be determined by a coin flip, unless host Bernie is playing.
Games will have a two-hour time limit, played to seven innings. The mercy rule will be enacted (15 runs after three innings, and 10 runs after five).

5 p.m., Risco vs. East Carter, No. 1
5 p.m., Senath-Hornersville vs. Bell City, No. 2
Saturday, Sept. 9
10 a.m., Bernie vs. Alton, No. 1
10 a.m., Campbell vs. South Pemiscot, Field No. 2
Noon, Campbell vs. Van Buren, No. 1
Noon, South Pemiscot vs. Holcomb, No. 2
2 p.m., Bernie vs. Van Buren, No. 1
2 p.m., Holcomb vs. Risco, No. 2
