Week Report: Looking for some offense? Look no further than Morley. Johnson, a 5-foot-11 senior guard, has been a scoring machine this season for the Braves (5-1), who were given the No. 6 seed in the upcoming University High Christmas Tournament. Last week, he scored 55 points in two games.

Season Report: Johnson is the leading scorer in the region, averaging 28 points per contest. Johnson has posted four 30-plus point games as of Monday and is second on his team with about eight rebounds per game..

Coach's Comments: "Jreece is a very strong, athletically gifted player," said Wells. "He has a great knack of how to get shots off in situations and he has the ability to penetrate and get to the foul line. He's got basketball savvy about him. You can teach kids how to shoot, but you cant' teach them how to score," said Wells. " Jreece has been a fine young man for me. He's worked extremely hard and has developed some leadership qualities. He's a pleasure to coach."
