Week Report: Hey, a sophomore goalkeeper, recorded five shutouts last week. She posted four of those zeros in the Fralish Cup Tournament in Marion, Ill., an event featuring some tough competition from southeast Missouri and all parts of Illinois. Central coasted to the tournament championship and improved to 13-0-1 on the season.

Season Report: Hey is the beneficiary of a stubborn defense that plays in front of her. But she has been a big part of Central's success this season. She has stopped 101 shots on goal this season. In all, Central has scored 51 goals this season, while allowing just nine. Eight of those goals were against Hey. No team has scored more than two goals against Central. She has eight shutouts this season.

Coach's Comments: She's very coachable, works hard and has a very good attidude. She does a lot of coaching from the goal. I think she's played a lot of soccer and she loves the game. She's not the quickest goalie in the world, but she makes good decisions. She'll make one or two tough saves a game. The defense helps her out a lot and she helps them out a lot.
