Season report: Koeper is a versatile player for the Lady Indians, who graduated several key players off last year's Class 4A state runner-up team. Playing both guard and forward, Koeper averages 11 points and four rebounds a game this year as the Lady Indians have gotten off to an 11-1 start. She led the JV in scoring last year as a freshman. She was an all-district performer in volleyball for the Lady Indians.
Coach's comments: "She can pretty well play any position. She can post up inside and she can handle the ball. She's pretty much a complete player. . . If she keeps working, she's going be one of the top players around in a couple of years. She rebounds well and she works hard on the press. She's just a good athlete."
