Elfrink, Raines win horseshoe competition

SCOTT CITY, Mo. --Tyler Elfrink and Jason Raines placed first in the Southeast Missouri Horseshoe Association event held Saturday at Scott City Park.

Cori Stoverink and Larry Glastetter were second, followed by Jeff Miller and Randy Grady.

The organization also held an event Saturday in Glenallen, Mo., with Rose Kern and Stoverink winning. Irv Vandeven and Rick Garland took second, while Larry Burford and Ron LeGrand placed third.

The next event will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus in Jackson, Mo.
