The team of Gene Golden, Joe Golden, Andy Golden and Charles Brawly shot a 54 to win the City of Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department's Autumn Open, a four-person scramble held at the Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course.
The team of Rocky Strand, Mark Morrill, Tom Allen and Luke Cowell carded a 57 for second, followed by Josh Reeves, Zac Cypret, Nic Robinson and TJ Reid with a 59.
The team of Nicholas Ervin, Matthew Lawler, Brandon Trapp and Tony Dorsett shot a 62 to win A flight, while the team of James Banken, Sissy Donahue, Diana King and Tommy King was second with a 62. The team of Darrin McCain, Tim Kistner, Rick Blechle and Tim Schnurbush was third with a 63.
The team of Bruce Turner, Rich Groves, Rick Lewis and Eldon Fornkohl shot a 67 to win B flight, while the team of Mark Ervin, Beverly Ervin, Willie Ervin and Jon Hinton was second with a 67. The team of Doug Koch, John East, Becky Hanlon and Bill Hanlon was third with a 68.
Brogan Davis broke the Gators Swim Team's 30-year record in the boys 11- and 12-year-olds 50 backstroke at the Paducah Swimfest.
Davis touched the wall in 29.81 seconds, which broke Travis King's record from 1981. It was the longest-standing record in the team's history.
Davis, who was the top points winner in his division, also won the 100 butterfly, 100 freestyle, 50 backstroke, 50 butterfly and 100 backstroke.
Phoebe Law (9 and 10 girls), Jacob Bening (9 and 10 boys) and Gabby Vieira (13 and 14 girls) also were top points winners for the Gators.
Bening achieved his first AAA time in the 50 backstroke, which he won in 34.14.
Anne Montgomery got her first B time in the girls 11 and 12 division with a 44.06 in the 50 breaststroke.

The team of Claire Kneer, Kathy Ducharme and Chris Harris was second, while Donna Wheeler, Julie L'Hote, Christy Benton and Madeline Clements were third.
The team of Shirley Moore, Betty Michel, Sheryl Bollinger and Mary Sue Layton won B flight, while the team of Amanda Starks, Sharon Anderson, Jennifer Smith and Cammie Seabaugh was second. Priscilla Kirby, Joyce Kuntze, Cheryl Stillwell and Kathy Morris placed third.
The team of Bobbi Ann Mason, Crystal Shafer, Heather Brune and Angie Umfleet won C flight, while the team of Christy Cook, Danette Miller, Amy Dowdy and Angel Hillman placed second. Shari McConnell, Linda Wissman, Myra Neeley and Shelby Turner were third.
The team of Brian Beussink and Terrie Rose won the SEMO Horseshoe Association's 10-team tournament at the Scott City Knights of Columbus.
The team of Yvonne Schwartz and Larry Glastetter placed second, while Glen Backfisch and Joe Bean were third.
The team of Danny Williams and Lachelle Cook won the 12-team tournament at the Backyard Club.
