Jim Cook of Cape Girardeau carded a hole-in-one Saturday at Bent Creek Golf Course.
Cook used an 8-iron to ace No. 15, a par 3 playing 150 yards. Scott Tilsen, Gary Newman and Melvin Ely witnessed the shot.
Marlena Jones won the 18-hole competition at the Women's Golf Association's handicap tournament last week at Cape Girardeau Country Club.
Luanne Kiefner placed second, Irene Thomas was third, while Mary Ellen Bean finished fourth.
Dana Underwood won the nine-hole competition and was followed by Marcia Wagner and Janet White.
Closest-to-the-hole winners were Bean (No. 2), Thomas (No. 6), Kiefner (No. 11) and Jones (Nos. 8, 13, 16).
Sheryl Bollinger sank the longest putt, and Kiefner (red tees) and Wagner (pink) recorded the longest drives.
