T.E.A.M Southeast football golf tourney

Matt Carter, Mike Buck, Kent Phillips and Todd Obergoenner posted a score of 53 to win the A Flight at the recent T.E.A.M. Southeast Missouri State football golf tournament.

The event that serves as a fundraiser for the Southeast football program was held at Kimbeland Country Club in Jackson.

Craig Arneson, James Banken, Sissy Donahue and Craig Wilson were second, with Terry Hill, Todd Ladd, Bob Englehart and Jack Greene third. Both teams shot 56.

Tim Goodman, Dave Reiminger, Robert Lukefahr and Bill Stearns were fourth at 57.

All four placing squads in B Flight shot 61.

Jack Martin, Ken Joggerst, Roger Minton and Rick Minton were first; Bill Holland, Johnny Roland, Gus Otto and Rich Eichhorst were second; Steve Elefson, Matt Beussink, Tim Maevers and Garrett Griffin finished third; and the Brock Alsbaugh team was fourth.

The top three placing teams in C Flight shot 67, with Mike Kohlfeld, Courtland Kohlfeld, Parker Kohlfeld and Mark Kohlfeld finishing first.

Tom Lee, Bob Dietl, Doug Rubach and Joe Burger were second, with Kirk Buxton, Cheryl Ziegler, Corey Buchheit and Ken Anderson third.

Hud Garrett, Sheldon Husk, Roper Garrett and Rider Garrett were fourth at 68.

Special prize winners were Matt Ewasko (longest putt No. 1); Steve Miller (closest to pin No. 4); Tom Lee (longest putt No. 5); Brad Elfrink (closest to pin No. 6); Closest to Pin - Chris Janet (closest to pin No. 8); Patrick Knight (closest to pin No. A); Dave Cantrell (closest to pin No. 12); Chase Walker (longest putt No. 14); Phil Mindala (longest putt No. 16); and Tim Maevers (closest to pin No. 18).
