* Southeast coaches clinic: The Southeast Missouri State men's basketball program will hold its annual coaches clinic Oct. 6. The clinic is open to the public and coaches on all levels. * Southeast baseball tournament: The Southeast Missouri State baseball program will hold its seventh annual Joe Uhls golf tournament Sept. 30 at Bent Creek Golf Course in Jackson. The four-person scramble will feature three flights in morning and afternoon sessions. Cost: $200 per player, which includes Redhawks apparel, meal, refreshments and practice balls. * Community Counseling tournament: The Community Counseling Center Foundation's 12th annual benefit tournament will take place Oct. 7 at Cape Girardeau Country Club. The four-person 18-hole shamble will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. after an 11:30 a.m. lunch. Cost: $120. Info: 339-6512.
* Jackson Legion baseball tournament: The sixth annual Jackson American Legion baseball golf classic will take place Friday at the Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course.
