Punt, Pass and Kick: The Cape Girardeau NFL Punt, Pass and Kick competition will be 1-3 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Cape Central Junior High School football field. The competition is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 15 as of Dec. 31, 2004. Entry is free of charge, and participants may register on the same day. Tourney benefits students: The alumni from the Southeast Missouri State Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation are sponsoring a golf tournament Sept. 25 to benefit scholarships for students in the department. Coed fall league: The Perryville Parks and Recreation Department is accepting teams for an adult coed slow-pitch league that will begin in early September. Participants must be at least 17 years old. Volleyball
Coed indoor league: The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is accepting teams for a 6-on-6 Coed Adult Indoor Volleyball League to be played on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at Osage Community Centre.
