AREA BRIEFS: TOYBOX ONE-MILE RUN/WALK ON NOV. 29
The ToyBox One-Mile Run/Walk will be held Nov. 29 at 4:55 p.m. in front of the Christmas Parade of Lights. The event will start at Capaha Park on Broadway and finish at Main Street. The Pre-registered entry fee is a $5 minimum cash donation to ToyBox or a new toy delivered to Southeast Missourian at 301 Broadway. Race day registration is from 4-4:45 p.m. with the cost $7 or a toy donation...

Commemorative finish ribbons and safety runner ID shoe tags will be awarded to all finishers. A special Toybox ornament will be awarded in each age group.
