AREA BRIEFS: SEMO BASEBALL CAMPS

Southeast Missouri State University baseball coach Mark Hogan has announced the dates for his 1997-98 winter baseball camps.

There will be two hitting camps and two pitching/catching camps. The information on each is as follows:

Hitting camp, Dec. 13-14, from 8 a.m.-noon. Ages are eight years to eighth grade.

Hitting camp, Jan. 10-11, from 1-5 p.m. Ages are freshmen through senior in high school.

Pitching/catching camp, Dec. 20-21, from 8 a.m.-noon. Ages are eight years to eighth grade.

Pitching/catching camp, Jan. 17-18, from 1-5 p.m. Ages are freshmen through senior in high school.
