This year the league will offer five divisions of play: Division I, Division II, Division III, Division IV and Division V. Division I and II will be for the highest levels of play with III, IV and V for the less competitive teams.

Entry fee for the league will be $253. The format will depend on the number of teams that enter, but will tentatively play 14 regular season games and each division will have a playoff at the end of regular play. The top four teams in each division would qualify for the playoffs. Games are tentatively set for Monday through Thursdays, and Saturdays at different locations. Games during the week will be played at the A.C. Brase Arena and Osage Community Centre. Games will also be played each Saturday at the Southeast Missouri State University Student Recreation Center.
