AREA BRIEFS: JACKSON SOCCER COACHES CLINIC

A soccer coaches clinic for coaches and interested parents will be held Feb. 27 from 9 a.m. until noon at the Jackson City Hall Conference Room.

Sponsored by the Jackson Parks and Recreation Department in conjunction with Southeast Missouri Hospital's Generations Center and Main Street Fitness Center, the free clinic will include information on growth and development, hydration, stretching, warmups, strengthening, cardiovascular conditioning, hyperthermia and more.
