AREA BRIEFS: GARNER TO SPEAK AT COACHING CLINIC

Southeast head basketball coach Gary Garner will be one of the two featured speakers when Three Rivers Community College holds its 30th annual Coaching Clinic Saturday, Oct. 2.

Garner, recently named the Co-OVC Coach of the Year, will focus on the triple-post offense.

Also speaking will be Graves County (Ky.) coach Allan Hatcher who has a career record of 496-153.

The clinic will be held from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Bess Activity Center. A registration fee is required the day of the event.
