The cost per team is $180, which goes to cover officials, awards and T-shirts.
Roster forms can be picked up at the A.C. Brase Arena, Osage Community Centre, Shawnee Park Sports Complex and the Jaycee Municipal Golf Course, or by calling the Cape Parks and Recreation Department at 335-5421.
