Seattle (106-41), which clinched the division title Wednesday, kept five regulars out of their starting lineup.
Anaheim, 4-13 against Seattle this season, stopped a five-game losing streak. Molina's single off John Halama (10-7) broke a 3-all tie after Tim Salmon doubled and Adam Kennedy sacrificed.
Shigetoshi Hasegawa (5-4) pitched two scoreless innings and Troy Percival got three outs for his 39th save in 42 chances.
