Southeast women's basketball head coach Ed Arnzen has announced that Jenny Anderson has signed a national leter of intent to play for the Otahkians. The signing is the first for the Otahkians in the early signing period that opened this week.
Anderson, a 6-0 guard/forward from Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, is currently attending Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She averaged 10 points and five rebounds per game as a freshman at KCC.Anderson had an outstanding high school career at Winfield-Mt. Union High School where she played on a four-time state qualifying team that won two state championships. She helped Winfield-Mt. Union to an incredible 80 game winning streak and averaged 15 points and six rebounds her senior year."She is a great player that we expect to play immediately," said Arnzen. "She has good size at small forward position as a replacement for Paula (Corder-King)."
