CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Odetta Francis Seabaugh, 94, of Chattanooga, formerly of Jackson, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, at Standifer Place in Chattanooga.

She was born Jan. 12, 1927, near Glen Allen, Missouri, to Andrew Jackson and Susan Ida Sawyer Mouser.

She and Lyndon Cobble married on April 11, 1947. He preceded her in death Aug. 12, 1973. She then married J.B. Seabaugh on April 3, 1976. He preceded her in death July 4, 2010.

Odetta worked at Ford Groves, Superior Electric and Lee-Rowan for 24 years, retiring in 1990.

She was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson.

Survivors include a daughter, LaDonna (Allen) Seabaugh of Ooltewah, Tennessee; a son, Randy Gene (Tammy) Cobble of Longview, Texas; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Lyndon Cobble and J.B. Seabaugh; five brothers, Cletis, Glen, Albert, Ray and Dale; and four sisters, Lorene, Lillie, Pearl and Maudie.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson with the Rev. Jimmie Corbin officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Association, 460 N. Lindbergh, Saint Louis, MO 63141 or Alzheimer's Association, 9370 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63132-3214.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
