MARION KIRKWOOD

ESSEX -- Marion Francis Kirkwood, 75, of Essex died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born April 25, 1923, in Hartford, Conn., daughter of Alexander and Lillian Thomas Kirkwood.

Kirkwood lived in Essex the past 20 years. She was a nurse's aide.

Survivors include two sons, William Oxford of Carlsbad, Calif., Danny Oxford of Penrose, Colo.; two daughters, Mary Burlingame of Arthur, N.D., Sandra Clifton of Essex; four sisters, Vera Martinez and Grace Kelly of Farmington, N.M., June Stewart of Norco, Calif., Barbara Kirkwood of Hemet, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Doyle Corlew officiating. Burial will be in Bloomfield Cemetery.
