LILLIE JENNINGS

HOWARDVILLE -- Lillie Delores Jennings, 62, of St. Louis, died Sunday, April 21, 1996, at St. Mary's Hospital.

She was born Oct. 26, 1933, in Portageville, daughter of Tom and Ozia Rowe Jennings Sr.

Jennings was a member of Greater Paradise Missionary Baptist Church in St. Louis.

Survivors include a daughter, Sonya Jennings of St. Louis; her father of Howardville; a brother, Dr. Tom Jennings Jr. of Green Bay Wis.; six sisters, Viola Holbrook of Flint, Mich., Minnie Carter, Marguerite Stanton, Beatrice Liddell, Annie Smith and Ozia Bronner, all of St. Louis, and a grandson.

Friends may call at Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home in Howardville from 7-9 p.m. Friday.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Howardville, with the Revs. James Bell and Flem Bronner Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Mason Cemetery at Point Pleasant.
