BLOOMSDALE, Mo. --Freda H. Carron, 88, of Crystal City, Mo., formerly of Bloomsdale, died Friday, Oct. 28, 2005, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
She was born Aug. 22, 1917, in Bloomsdale, daughter of Charles and Philomene Roth Werner. She and Charles Carron were married and he preceded her in death.
Carron was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, the Association of Miraculous Medal, Legion of Mary and a past member of St. Ann Sodality.
Survivors include two daughters, Rosemarie Plummer of Farmington and Betty Basler of Cape Girardeau; four sons, Clyde and Larry Carron, both of Hazelwood, Leroy Carron of Biloxi, Miss., Ralph and Donald Carron, both of Bloomsdale; a sister, Lorene Kirchner of Ste. Genevieve; two brothers, Amos and Glennon Werner, both of Bloomsdale; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, two brothers and a grandson.
Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Agnes Catholic Church, with Father Raymond Oge officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Agnes Catholic Cemetery.
Wood Family Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.
