SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Esther Jean Rhymer, 54, of Scott City died Friday, Oct. 27, 2000, at her home.
She was born May 10, 1946, at Sikeston, Mo., daughter of Woodrow Wilson and Josie Ray Castleberry Yant. She and Wayne Rhymer were married Oct. 17, 1970, in Sikeston.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Kenneth Story of East Prairie; Mo.; her mother of Oran, Mo.; a sister, Donna Yant of Oran; and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel. The Rev. Rennie Phillips will officiate. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery.
