David Morris, owner of Cape Color World Inc. in Cape Girardeau, has been elected to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the National Decorating Products Association.

NDPA is a trade association representing more than 8,500 retailers of paint, wallcovering, window treatments, floor covering and other decorating products throughout the U.S.

Color World sells a full line of decorating products for professionals and do-it-yourselfers.

JACKSON Stephen Grebing of Jackson recently attended a career seminar at the Aid Association for Lutherans (AAL) home office in Appleton, Wis.

Topics discussed included life- and health-insurance issues and AAL's fraternal philosophy.

Grebing is an associate of the Jack Hollingsworth Agency of AAL, Independence.

Cherie Hodges-Stembel of Albrecht-Hodges Insurance Agency Inc. has completed the annual continuing education requirement of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives to earn the designation of CISR.

Individuals must complete five courses covering all phases of the insurance business to earn the CISR designation. They also must attend an annual program to maintain the designation.

Hodges-Stembel has been in the insurance industry for eight years.
