CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Roger T. Moore of Cape Girardeau and Michael C. Robbins of Jackson have received President's Scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University in the fall.
Moore is a senior at Jackson High School. He is spending his senior year as a Rotary Club foreign-exchange student in Brazil. He has been a member of the marching band, jazz band, Future Business Leaders of America and the photography club.
Moore plans to major in business administration. He is the son of Elizabeth and Ernest K. Farmer of Cape Girardeau, and Ronald L. Moore of Coldwater, Mich.
Robbins is a senior at Jackson High School. He is a member of the All-District and All-State bands, National Honor Society, Junior Rotarians, symphonic and jazz bands, Future Business Leaders of America, and the J-Club.
Robbins plans to major in pre-law. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary L. Robbins of Jackson.
The President's Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who have a combined high school rank percentile and test score percentile of 160. The scholarship is renewable for a possible four years.
