Police said Crook went into a gas station Sunday and tried to walk out with a bag of the Cheetos. The manager confronted him. Crook alleged pushed the manager and punched him in the face.

Police said Crook then went outside and threw a gas pump nozzle to the ground, then threw a lit cigarette in the pooling gasoline in a failed attempt to start a fire. There was no damage.
