Hours for the Capaha Park swimming pool, which opens today at 9 a.m., have been announced. The pool will be open for the entire Memorial Day weekend.
Weekend hours:
-- Today, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., family swim; and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., public swimming.
-- Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., public swimming.
-- Monday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., public swimming.
The Central pool will close Friday at 8 p.m. and reopen at 5 a.m. June 10 for regular summer hours.
Capaha pool will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Friday, regular summer hours will start at Capaha pool.
Summer Central pool hours:
-- Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. to 7 a.m., fitness swim; 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., noon swim; 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., public swim.
-- Saturday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., fitness swim.
-- Saturday and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., public swim.
Summer Capaha pool hours:
-- Monday-Thursday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., public swim; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., family swim; Friday-Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., public swim.
Fees for both pools are $1 for children 13 and under, $1.50 for seniors 60 and over, and $2 for adults 14 and over.
