Action items

* Approve authorization of $39,300.00 to Burns & McDonnell of St. Louis for the 2010 Electric Cost of Service Study.

* Amend the 2010 City of Jackson annual budget.

* Accept the $828,649.57 bid of Asplundh Construction Corp. of Fenton, Mo., for the 4kV to 12kV Electric Distribution Voltage Conversion Project.

* Authorize a contractual agreement with Asplundh Construction Corp. for the 4kV to 12kV Electric Distribution Voltage Conversion Project

* Accept the bid of Rockhill and Sons Mowing Service of Jackson in the amount of $249 per mowing event, for the 2010 Brookside Park mowing and $540 per mowing event, for the 2010 Litz Park mowing.

* Accept the bid of Goodson Lawn Service of Whitewater in the amount of $199 per mowing event for the 2010 Jackson Football Park mowing program, and $190 per mowing event for to the 2010 Jackson Soccer Park mowing.

* Accept the bid of Prestigious Lawn Care of Dutchtown in the amount of $245 per mowing event for the 2010 Jackson city sites mowing.

* Accept the bid of Eftink Lawn Services of Cape Girardeau in the amount of $615 per mowing event for the 2010 Jackson City Park mowing.

* Authorize the closure of Barton Street between East Main Street and East Washington Street, from 5 to 9 p.m. April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, Aug. 14 and Sept. 11 for the monthly Cruisin' Uptown Jackson event.

* Approve the preliminary plat of Bent Creek Subdivision, Phase 7, as submitted by Robert K. Litzelfelner.

* Approve the rezoning of the property at 709 E. Main St. from professional office to local commercial district.

* Accept the dedication of temporary construction easement deeds from Warren and Diana Aldredge, Douglas and Catherine Boren, Gloria Krueger, Julia Oliver, and Eric and Martha Venable, for the North Hope Street Improvement Project.
