The Southeast Missouri Pachyderm Club will host local federal agents at its meeting Thursday at Dexter Bar-B-Que, 236 S. Broadview St. in Cape Girardeau.

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives special agent Dave Diveley, Drug Enforcement Administration special agent Matt Schietlen and FBI special agent Brian Ritter will form a panel offering a presentation in a public forum.

"This is an exciting opportunity for the public to hear the insight of the roles of local federal agents in our community," Mark Welker, club vice president and program chairman, said in a news release.

The program is open to the public. The group gathers to eat at 6 p.m. A brief business meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m., followed by the program at 7 p.m.
