RETURNING HERO: Linda Godwin, an astronaut with NASA and a 1970 graduate of Jackson High School, served as grand marshal for the July 14, 1989 parade. Alongside her were her niece and nephew, Laura and Patrick Green of Bartlesville, Okla.
