Workforce Employment Solutions, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm, has opened its first office in Iowa, located on-site at the Rubbermaid Home Products facility in Centerville, Iowa.
"We feel very fortunate that a company as well respected as Newell Rubbermaid sees us as a strategic partner. Our success in a sister plant in Jackson, Mo., helped bring about this team approach in staffing," said Marlene Brockmiller, president of Workforce Employment Solutions.
Workforce Employment Solutions is a privately owned company that can design programs to meet the specific needs of each client company.
"The pace of business is fast and companies need staffing partners to meet their needs in a timely fashion," said Joe Rozier, vice president of Workforce. "Whether their needs are entry level, office professional, or corporate recruiting for specific management needs, we are there to meet them in the most cost effective timely manner."
Rubbermaid Home Products in Centerville produces products for home storage and garage organization, food storage and laundry, bath and cleaning, closet organization and refuse removal.
