Relationship with newspaper Web site promising

FARMINGTON -- Workforce Employment Solutions has been a fast growing and strong company over the past seven years, according to Joe Rozier, company vice president. Rozier attributes the company's success to developing strategic partnerships.
Despite the recent economic turmoil facing the nation, Rozier said the past four months have been this year's best for Workforce.
"Without our strategic partners, we'd be nothing," Rozier said.
What kind of partners is he talking about?
First of all, said Rozier, the company has the best internal partners in Southeast Missouri -- its staff is second to none. Its 27 professional and dedicated people work hard to serve its clients.
"Our staff is constantly being trained on new employment issues and laws and is committed to knowing the businesses throughout the region. We're a staffing firm and we know how to hire the best."
Susan Hemmersmeier, marketing coordinator for Workforce, said not only does Workforce hire the best for themselves, but they also hire the best for their clients.
"We are dedicated to the businesses throughout Southeast Missouri. It is our job to know these companies and hire the personnel for them that will keep them strong and help them to grow," said Hemmersmeier. "We have some of the best companies here and we want to keep them here. We help them stay by providing top-notch personnel."
Rozier said Workforce finds qualified personnel by continuing to develop strategic partnerships. During the past year, Workforce partnered with assessment leader, Wonderlic Inc. This partnership allows Workforce to provide the best screening and testing services available.
Workforce is also partners with training expert Tony Myers, who is a certified master trainer for Achieve Global/Zenger-Miller and for the Covey Seven Habits.
Rozier said the company's commitment to Southeast Missouri has also led it to partner with the leading newspaper in the region.
"When the Southeast Missourian started sejobsonline.com, Workforce was one of the first in line to try the site," said Rozier. "We have a good relationship with the Missourian and believe in its products. So, when a new company or business starts here or moves here, we want to be one of the first to welcome and support them."
Rozier said one of the biggest advantages to the sejobsonline.com Web site is that it reaches candidates on a local and a national level. Through the site Workforce can reach qualified people who are already in the area, but it can also recruit people who may have moved away and want to come back, or those who are looking to relocate.
Since Corporate Recruiting by Workforce (Workforce's high-end recruiting division) works at a fraction of the cost of national recruiting firms, Rozier said the company must find the most cost-effective way of bringing quality applicants to its client companies.
"Sejobsonline.com provides an effective tool at a cost that allows us to keep our fees at a level that makes using a recruiting firm a good financial decision," said Rozier, adding that he hopes the site is a big success.
"We believe in Southeast Missouri products and services and we are very interested in seeing the companies that provide those products and services thrive."
