Women’s events focus of chamber schedules
Local chambers of commerce will host women-focused networking events on Aug. 8. Jackson Area Chamber’s event features financial advisor Sarah Siegel, while Cape Girardeau Area Chamber offers a social at D Duncan Floristry.
A pair of local chambers of commerce will host networking events geared toward women Thursday, Aug. 8.
Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Impact Network event, Savvy Women/Smart Investors featuring financial adviser Sarah Siegel as a speaker, will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hubble Creek Venue, 1506 S. Farmington Road. Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the chamber’s website, www.jacksonmochamber.org.

Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce is holding a Women’s Network Open Social from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at D Duncan Floristry & Boutique , 818 Broadway. Registration is available at the chamber website, www.capechamber.com.
