Tattoo parlor relocates from Cape Girardeau
Flesh Hound Tattoo Studio closed its tattoo and piercing parlor at 716 Broadway in Cape Girardeau at the end of July and reopened in August at 205 W. Main St. in Fredericktown, Missouri.
