This year marks Alliance Bank's 22nd year in business. We pride ourselves on being Cape County's only community-owned, locally headquartered bank. We have approximately 100 shareholders, the majority of whom live in Southeast Missouri, and specifically in Cape Girardeau and Scott counties. One of the benefits of being locally owned and headquartered is that all of our loan decisions are made by people who live, work and play right here in Southeast Missouri. We truly get to know you and your financial needs.
Last year was a busy year for us, as we completed the construction of a new facility in Jackson that serves as both a customer service location as well as the operational headquarters for the bank. We moved all deposit operations, loan operations and accounting to the second floor of this new facility; the first floor is dedicated to customer services. After moving into the new facility, the second floor of the Cape Girardeau facility was remodeled to accommodate expansion of commercial and agricultural lending. The bank has four full-service facilities with locations in Cape Girardeau, Sikeston, Oran and Jackson.
One of the greatest benefits of having local headquarters is accessibility for our customers. If a customer has an issue with anything -- from copies of documents to a deposit to a loan account -- it is very easy to find a friendly face to help. We go the extra mile for our customers to ensure they are taken care of. Our staff is easily accessible to assist with any banking need in-person, or by phone or email.
Come by one of our locations to see why Alliance Bank is "Your Best Friend in Banking."
