PERSONNEL: TWO NURSES RECEIVE CAGNA HONORS
Sharon Simpkins and Karon Schmidt, certified nursing assistants (CNAs) at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, have received honors from the National Association of Geriatric Nursing Assistants (NAGNA). Schmidt, of Altenburg, Mo., was named winner of the NAGNA essay contest for 2001. The essay contest them was "How NAGNA has helped me become a better CNA."
