Sharley, who has more than 15 years experience in the fuel service industry and has completed a number of NATSO university courses, was invited to be a part of the Education Committee, and Government Affairs Committee, which will attend strategy and briefing sessions during the seven-day conference, and meet with members of Congress.

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.
