PERSONNEL: 'REALTOR OF THE YEAR'

The Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors Inc. elected new officers and directors recently, and selected the 2000 "Realtor of the Year."

Ken Howard was named Realtor of the Year.

Howard Alexander was named president of the group's Board of Realtors. Other officers are Janet McClanahan, vice president; Marcie Schlueter, secretary; and Jane Lysell, treasurer. New directors are Ken Howard, Linda Ervin, Dorothy Miller, Terry Penrod, Sue Bellis, Bill Stovall and Beth McFerron.

Roger Skinner has been named president of the Cape Girardeau County Multi-Listing Services. Other officers include Bill King, vice president, and Debra Martin, secretary/treasurer. New directors are Karen Mogelnicki, Chuck Leming and Barbara Baker.
