PERSONNEL: PERRYVILLE MANAGER WINS RAY CROC AWARD

Marcia Jokerst, manager of McDonnell's Restaurant at Perryville, has received the Ray Kroc Award.

The Ray Kroc Awards, given to managers who most successful in achieving superior results in performance in operational excellence and business building, is one of only 127 McDonald's restaurants in the U.S. to receive the award.

Jokerst will receive a $2,500 cash award, a trophy and an all-expense-paid trip to a banquet hosted by Alan Feldman, president of McDonald's USA, at Chicago.

"I'm only as good as my team," said Jokerst. "We work together to write the annual business plan so that everyone understands their role in the success of our McDonald's restaurant. I wouldn't be a Ray Kroc award winner if I didn't have such a good crew.
