Twenty-five people attended sessions of an award-winning certificate program, designed for nonprofit managers and staffs. The program, developed by the Society for Nonprofit Organizations, University of Wisconsin-Extension and University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Human Ecology.

The eight live-satellite sessions, which ended last week, were held at Glenn Auditorium in Dempster Hall in the Harrison College of Business on campus of Southeast Missouri State University. The course was sponsored locally by the Area Wide Untied Way, Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce and the university.

Topics included Strategic planning, resource development, marketing, volunteer management among others.
