Mary Walker recently won a 27-inch color television set for her part in conducting an Old Town Cape neighborhood assessment in the Haarig historic business district and Good Hope neighborhood.

Walker was among six youths who collected the survey forms during a three-day period.

The market survey and analysis is one of the services provided to Old Town Cape by the Missouri Main Street Program. The final report should be analyzed and completed by late October or November.

Among those taking part in the Haarig assessment program were Nitra Carter, Brooke Twiggs, Tiana Fleming, Brandon Twiggs, Zeno Walker and Tyrone Reece.
