PERSONNEL: CHAFFEE COUPLE TO SERVE ON NATIONAL COMMITTEE
David and Leslie Herbst of Chaffee, Mo., have been named to the American Farm Bureau's Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee. The Herbsts will join 15 other farm couples on the committee.
