Dorris has been with the company 13 years, serving three years as office manager of the Cape Girardeau Marketing Office, before relocating to the St. Louis office, where she most recently was manager of the individual markets area.

She will be responsible for managing the membership and billing functions here, the enrollment function in the St. Louis office, and the overall operations of the Cape Girar-deau facility.
Dorris has a a bachelor's degree in management/communications and master's degree in management.
