Donna Domian, investment representative at the Cape Girardeau office of Edward Jones, recently attended a due diligence conference at world headquarters of Putnam Investments in Boston, Mass.
Domian, who has been with Edwards Jones 17 years, attended sessions on estate planning and recent IRS proposals.
Key speaker was Dr. Robert Goodman, Putnam's senior economic advisor. She also met with portfolio managers and shared views on Putnam's broad range of funds.
Putnam, founded in 1937, is one of the largest money management firms. Putnam managed over $370 billion for 14 million accounts in 2,000.
Edward Jones is a St. Louis-based brokerage firm that provides investment services to individual and families.
