The Bank of Missouri has appointed Kim R. Moore as general counsel. "As our organization continues to grow, the need for in-house legal counsel became evident," said David Crader, chief executive officer of The Bank of Missouri. "Kim has assisted us for the past several years, so he was an obvious choice." Moore graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts from Southeast Missouri State University in 1973. He received a juris doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1976 and was a member of the Board of Editors of the Missouri Law Review. That same year, he joined Francis Toohey Jr., in forming Toohey and Moore PC in Perryville, Mo. He later served as general counsel for TG USA, now known as TG Missouri, as executive vice president of administration and vice president for corporate administration for TG North America in Detroit. In 2004 he joined the Buerkle, Ludwig, Boner and Jackson law firm in Jackson. In 2005 he opened a law office in Perryville, Mo.
Michele Tanz, has joined Gastroenterology Services of Southeast Missouri Hospital as a nurse practitioner. She has a both a master of science in nursing, with a family nurse practitioner option, and a bachelor of science in nursing, from Southeast Missouri State University. She has worked as a clinical instructor of nursing and been recognized by Southeast Missouri State University nursing faculty for nursing care.
Kelli Schenimann of Jackson has joined the American Cancer Society as community manager of income development. She previously completed an internship assisting with fundraising and event planning at the American Cancer Society in Cape Girardeau. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in May with a degree in mass communication with an emphasis in advertising and a minor in psychology. In her new position, Schenimann will be responsible for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in five counties: Madison, Iron, Cape Girardeau, Bollinger and Perry.
Joshua Carter has been named banking center manager at Bank of America in Cape Girardeau. Carter previously worked for Bank of America from 2001 to 2007. He received a bachelor's in business administration degree with an emphasis in integrated marketing communications from Southeast Missouri State University.
The Rite Group's four senior systems engineers -- Owen Sandler, Riley Webb, Shane Kistner and Pat McAtee -- recently completed training to be certified as master service engineers under the SAVIN Corp.
