Life Care Center hires new executive director
Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, has hired a new executive director, Nick Owens. Owens comes to Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau from Prestige Health Care in Pendleton, Ore., where he served as executive director. Before that position, he was executive director for Extendicare in Port Angeles, Wash. He has been a long-term care administrator for 12 years. A native of Pierre, S.D., Owens earned his bachelor's degree in business administration. He currently lives in Cape Girardeau. Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau, 2852 Independence St., is one of ten skilled nursing facilities in Missouri operated by Life Care Centers of America.
Mosley promoted at Buffalo Wild Wings
Franchise owner Bill Zellmer has promoted James Mosley to front of the house manager at Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar, 2136 William St. in Cape Girardeau. His responsibilities include scheduling servers and cashiers, overseeing deliveries and implementing the new Night Hunger late-night menu with an emphasis on appetizers, sampler platters, burger slammers and light meals. Mosley is the son of James and Gladys Mosley of Cape Girardeau. He attended Southeast Missouri State University and is a 1996 graduate of Central High School. Mosley has 13 years experience in the restaurant field. Zellmer operates Buffalo Wild Wings at Sikeston, Mo., Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Carbondale, Ill.
