Element 74, a marketing agency in Cape Girardeau, recently promoted three employees to newly created positions. The company has been growing over the past several years, a news release stated. Toni Eftink was appointed director of user experience; Austin Bollinger was appointed director of marketing; and Manish Shrestha was appointed director of software development, according to the release. Eftink has worked for the company for four years as a project manager and will continue in that role. Bollinger has worked as a project manager and video production specialist for three years at Element 74, and his new roles will overlap. Shrestha's new role will coincide with his current role as the company's senior application developer.
Teresa Brown, a registered nurse, recently was named administrator of The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, a skilled nursing-care facility that also offers home health, hospice, adult day care, memory care and outpatient rehabilitation services. Brown, of Cape Girardeau, has worked in the nursing field for more than 20 years, a news release stated, and most recently oversaw long-term care, quality control and regulatory processes for a multifacility health system in Southwest Missouri.
Shelly Kaiser recently joined ServiceMaster Professional Cleaning Services as a sales/marketing representative in the Sikeston, Missouri, office. In the role, Kaiser, of Jackson, is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships and the company's image, a news release stated.
