Glover most recently held the title of general sales manager at River Radio and has more than 17 years of media sales experience in positions in Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Michigan, according to the release.

Robert "Bob" Smith recently was appointed CEO of Progressive Farm Credit Services headquarted in Sikeston, Missouri. Smith will assume the role in September before the retirement of CEO Ron Milbach in December, a news release from Hendrickson Business Advisors stated. A formal search by the credit association's board selected a replacement for Milbach, who served 24 years in the role. The Sikeston office serves farming communities in Bollinger, Butler, Carter, Cape Girardeau, Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Ripley, Scott, Stoddard and Wayne counties, according to the release. Smith earned an agronomy degree from the University of Missouri Columbia and worked as a farm irrigation supervisor in Southeast Missouri before joining the Dexter, Missouri, Farm Credit branch as a loan officer in 1978. He was promoted to vice president of credit in 1982 and to his role as as senior vice president/chief credit officer for Progressive Farm Credit in 1992, the release stated. Previous community involvement includes leadership roles for business and civic groups in the Sikeston area.

Lance Brumbaugh recently was elected by First Missouri State Bank's board of directors to serve as bank officer and lobby services manager at the bank's Mount Auburn Road location in Cape Girardeau. In the role, Brumbaugh will supervise new accounts and teller and reception areas and assist with technology needs, a news release stated. He has worked at the bank since 2008 and is a 2006 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, according to the release.

Teresa Compton has been named long-term care liaison at Broadway Prescription Shop in Cape Girardeau. In the role, Compton will maintain current relationships and promote new relationships with long-term care and assisted living facilities served by the pharmacy, a news release stated. She will design, develop and drive strategies for the pharmacy to care for long-term care patients/residents and staff. Compton most recently worked as executive director at Frederick Street Manor and Maple Crest Manor in Cape Girardeau and has held administrator, social worker and marketing positions within the industry, the release stated. She is a past president of the Missouri Assisted Living Association and serves on the organization's board of directors.

Rachel Schremp, a teller at U.S. Bank's William Street location in Cape Girardeau, recently received a Stellar Teller Award from the bank for the first quarter of 2015. The award recognizes employees in the top 10 percent in community banking who provided the best customer service, a news release stated. Schremp was selected for customer service skills and community engagement through volunteerism, according to the release. Schremp graduated from Southeast Missouri State University.
