LeGrand receives NHPro certification for ATMs

Bill LeGrand, owner and manager of LeGrand Technical Services LLC of Kelso, Mo., recently received the NHPro Certification for Nautilus Hyosung's line of financial market automated teller machines. The certification was awarded after a one-week training class at Hyosung's Dallas manufacturing facility. This certification gives LeGrand Technical Services the ability to sell, install and maintain the lobby and through-the-wall ATMs manufactured by Hyosung.

McAlister's Deli wins two awards at franchise convention

Paul Wilson, director of operations for the McAlister's Deli franchise owned by Donnie and Cheri Harris of Jackson, was recognized as area manager of the year out of the 300 units of the franchise at its annual convention. A resident of Jackson, Wilson has been with McAlister's Deli since 2004. He served as general manager of the Cape Girardeau location until 2006 when he assumed his current position as director of operations. The Harrises own four McAlister's Deli locations in Cape Girardeau, Marion, Ill., Shiloh, Ill., and Paducah, Ky. The Shiloh location was also recognized at the convention for sales excellence. The general manager of the Shiloh restaurant is Matt Fox, originally of Marble Hill, Mo.
